Its excellent wear resistance ensures long-term stable operation with mating components such as bearings, significantly extending the life of the entire machine.
Utilizing advanced die-casting technology, we are able to produce housings with complex shapes, uniformly thin walls, and crisp details. Single-stage molding reduces subsequent processing, resulting in smooth internal flow channels, ensuring extremely high dimensional accuracy and consistency while also effectively reducing lubricant flow resistance and improving lubrication efficiency.
The die-casting's inherently dense crystal structure effectively prevents oil leakage, ensuring excellent sealing performance under long-term operating pressures of the engine or compressor. The high creep resistance of zinc alloy ensures that the housing shape and bolt preload remain stable over time, even under high temperatures and sustained pressure.
Zinc alloy's excellent thermal conductivity helps quickly conduct and dissipate heat generated within the crankcase, effectively controlling operating temperatures and preventing power loss and oil degradation caused by overheating, thereby improving overall engine efficiency and reliability.
